Mr. Favro has extensive experience litigating in the field of electronic discovery. He has lectured and authored materials on this subject, including an article published this past spring with the Boston University Journal of Science and Technology Law entitled A New Frontier in Electronic Discovery: Preserving and Obtaining Metadata, 13 B.U. J. Sci. & Tech. L. 1 (2007). Mr. Favro is the executive committee chair for the Santa Clara County Bar Association’s High Technology Law Section. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and belongs to the Intellectual Property Law Section. Mr. Favro also chairs the J. Reuben Clark Law Society’s Silicon Valley Chapter. Mr. Favro graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1999. During that time, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Jeremy Fogel, U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, and was an Emery Scholarship recipient. Mr. Favro has been an adjunct faculty member at Santa Clara University School of Law. He obtained his undergraduate degree in political science from Brigham Young University in 1994. |
