Ron Packard has been successfully practicing law in several sophisticated areas within the California and national levels. His expertise covers class actions, the False Claims Act and qui tam, and complex business litigation.

Mr. Packard graduated from the University of California at Riverside, cum laude, and in the following year earned a Master of Public Administration magna cum laude. He then began a dual major and received an M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and J.D. from Hastings College of Law.

An active community member, Mr. Packard has contributed to both Mountain View and Los Altos through his public service. From 1978 to 1979, Mr. Packard was on the City of Mountain View Planning Commission, and from then until 1984, served on the city council. During his final year there, he was appointed mayor. He was a member of the Regional Area Governmental Association from 1983 to 1984 and the County Transportation Agency from 1981 to 1983. In Los Altos, Mr. Packard has recently served a term as mayor, having also served on the Los Altos City Council for several years.

Mr. Packard is a member of the Santa Clara County and American Bar Associations, the State Bar of California, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
