Von Packard has extensive knowledge and practice in complicated lawsuits. He works with business litigation, class actions, and suit under the False Claims Act. Mr. Packard studied at Stanford University, earning a degree in 1974. After, he received his J.D. from Brigham Young University in 1976. Mr. Packard is a member of the Board of Advocates, the Santa Clara Couny and American Bar Associations, the State Bar of California, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
